The 2012 Australian International Motor Show is fast shaping up to be one of the biggest and best Shows the country has ever seen, with a record number of new models to be unveiled.
Both local and international manufacturers have confirmed participation in the Show with many set to pull the covers off their latest models for the very first time in Australia, and in some instances, the world.
"We can absolutely confirm that multiple brands have selected the 2012 Australian International Motor Show as the venue for the debut of their latest models and we are thrilled," said Russ Tyrie, Show Director.
“With many manufacturers confident of stealing the Show, they are keeping quiet on the finer details of the exact content of their stands, but we’ve been let in on some of the secrets and cannot wait for this news to be made public.
“We also look forward to welcoming several manufacturers making their Australian Motor Show debut and using the Show as a platform for their official entry into the Australian automotive market.”
The total number of vehicles on display has never been seen before, with the floor space at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre reaching capacity some months ago.
The 2012 Australian International Motor Show will be held at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre, Darling Harbour from October 19-28, 2012.
